The Haunted Hammer is a new boss that can be found in Miitopia Reloaded. It appears at the end of the party's first visit to Manor Macabre after the Manor Macabre Vampire has their face stolen, replacing the Pop-Up Puppet from the original game, which has become a normal Peculia enemy. An upgraded version of this boss called the Grand Hammer can be found in the Skyscraper.

The Haunted Hammer is essentially a lavender ghost that wields a spiked black iron sledgehammer with the Manor Macabre Vampire's face on it.
Actions[]
- Attack: The Haunted Hammer hits a Mii with its sledgehammer.
- Hell Hammer: The Haunted Hammer's sledgehammer starts to glow right before it smashes a Mii in the face, causing either the Burned (red glow), Frozen (blue glow), or Poisoned (purple glow) status effects. (magic)
- One More Time! (auto): The Haunted Hammer moves twice in one turn.
